The Sarcastic Writing Tag

We are kicking off November with a tag that I thought would be hilarious to do. Created by Victoria Griffin. The rules being, every answer has to be sarcastic or ridiculous. Or… like they are not going to be both… Whatever…

Questions:

1. Where does your writing inspiration come from?

Obviously not from people. I can invent way better people than anyone who ever existed. Definitely not from music. Like, that totally has no soul.

2. What would you be doing if you weren’t writing?

Jail. Orange is my colour, ok.

3. What is your greatest fear as a writer?

People liking my book. I obviously only want bad reviews.

4. What is your number one writing tip?

Watch a movie and write down everything that happens. Don’t waste your time agonising over an outline. Just copy a movie. There will be a publisher who hasn’t seen it. They won’t know.

5. How do you feel about editing?

What’s the point? I have spell check. That’s enough.

6. Where do you do your best writing?

Noisy places. The more people talking to me the better. I love losing my train of thought.

7. Where do you see your writing career in ten years?

With ten best sellers. It takes only a year, probably less, to write and publish a great year. I’ll just do that for ten years straight. I totally see that working.

This tag is so much fun! I am tagging; Jenna Moreci, Casablanca Eve and Dahlia Burroughs. And of course, if you want to play along as well, please do so! I’m @queenemilicious on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram, so please give a shout out if you decide to complete the tag.

See you next Tuesday!
