It was pitch black at first. After a few moments, her eyes adjusted. She saw in shadows. She made out shapes and decided what they could be. She knew her mind could play tricks on her, so she tried to not get sucked in. She padded around with a faint touch. Sharp edges, claws and even teeth could be lurking. Her mind was already at play. She shook it off, but couldn’t quicken her pace. She guessed she was in some kind of warehouse. That’s what movies had taught her. She could be anywhere. All she did was wake up.
